The Lobby
The Lobby serves as your central hub in Alkemion Studio, where you can manage Modules, create new adventures, adjust settings, and report issues. This section guides you through the essential functionalities available across its different tabs.
Your Modules Tab
This tab allows you to open or delete your projects.
A simple click on a module will open a Board containing that Module, enabling you to modify it.
Clicking the button on a Module allows you to delete it, after confirming a prompt.
Please note, it is not possible to recover a Module once you have confirmed its deletion.
Any of your Module can also be duplicated, using the button. In which case, a prompt will appear to let you specify the name of the new Module.
New Module Tab
You are presented here with two options: create a new Module from an empty Board, or start from an existing Template. The Template library will display Templates you have created on one side and those shared by the community or by Alkemion on the other.
Selecting the “Empty Board” option will take you directly to a new Board to create your Module.
Clicking on one of the available Templates will open a screen with additional information. You can then confirm your choice and open a Board with a new Module that includes the content from the selected Template.
Settings Tab
This tab allows you to modify a few options regarding your account.
Once community sharing options are available, you will be able to specify or change the “Display Name” by which you wish to be identified in your communications.
Depending on the device you are using to access Alkemion Studio, you may need to toggle the control option between “Trackpad” and “Mouse.”. This will be particularly helpful to navigate on the Board.

This tab provides a simple way to share your thoughts about Alkemion Studio. Whether you have an idea for a new feature, a suggestion for improvement, a bug to report, or just want to send a word of encouragement, this form helps us make the application better.
Your feedback is invaluable. It helps us refine existing features, prioritize new ones, and fix any issues that might have slipped through.
Filling out the form is quick and easy, and every submission is read. If you're reporting a technical issue, including details about what happened and any steps to reproduce the problem will help us fix it faster.
